C'est le retour d'Effet Miroir, notre Double IPA qui met en vedette cinq superbes houblons (Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Citra et Simcoe). Cette Double IPA en met plein la vue avec des arômes bien exotiques de fruit de la passion, de mangue, de tangerine sur une texture crémeuse avec des notes légèrement mentholées. Le tout avec une canette magnifiquement illustrée par Hugo Gaudet-Dion.

Thanks fonefan! Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, nectary and some mild toffeeish and a bit oaty tones with citrus to it. Flavour is floral, fruity, some citrusy and mild oaty tones with some toffee tones to it. Smooth.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Hazy straw colour, small head. Aroma of nectarine and papaya. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Doughy malt, mild nectarine, grass and papaya. Low bitterness.

Getting nice gooseberry and white grape Nelson induced action from the off, some citrusy orange and grapefruit, zesty lime accents, pillow soft creamy malts, robust hoppy close. Lovely.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Cloudy yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

16oz shared with George and wife @ 🏡 Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: very dank, tropical fruits, juicy, light sweetness. Taste: along the same lines, candied fruits. Overall: nice one.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus hoppy notes with some floral hops undertones and some tropical notes. Taste is also a good mix of tropical and mango notes with some juicy citrus hops notes and juicy floral undertones. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid double NEIPA with a great showcase of tropical flavor hops.

Hazy golden colour with a huge, creamy, frothy, warm off-white head, very good retention and some full creamy-foamy lacing. Aromas of oats blending with the citrus notes and spicy, grainy and herbal hints. Smooth, silky, a touch oily mouthfeel that is not heavy at all, and a tad dryness in the finish. Very well-blended flavours from 5 hops that work all well together. Citrus peel, some sweetness of oranges, tangerine, and the mild grassiness that lightly lingers. Wow! What a smooth, refreshing Double IPA with hops that do not fight each other. Hope to see this one brewed again at some point.
