Suomenlinnan Panimon alkoholiton Ton Ipa on saanut nimensä Suomenlinnan kirkon suunnitelleelta arkkitehti Konstantin Tonilta. Keväällä 2023 päivänvalon nähnyt, ryhdikkäästi humaloitu ja sopivan sitruksinen, ilahduttavasti alkoholiton ipa. Tuote valmistetaan Fiskarsin vanhalla veitsitehtaalla käänteisosmoosimenetelmällä, eli olut valmistetaan "normaalisti" jonka jälkeen siitä otetaan alkoholi pois. Näin saadaan aidosti oluen makuinen, raikas janojuoma.

Can at villa silo as the brewery closes stupidly early. Pours clear amber, nose is grassy, herbal, citrus, taste is bitter, citrus, piney, sweet finish. 7

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy amber, small head. Minty wort aroma. Sweet with thin body and clean mouthfeel. Worty bread, some hay. Mid bitter finish.

Can (from KCM Ideapark, Seinäjoki). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, herbal and mild grassy tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy and mild floral tones with mild toasted and earthy tones to it.
