Sample at MBCC 2018. Poured a clear ruby colour with a round bubbly light pink head. The aroma is yeast, blackcurrants. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp, fresh, yeasty mineral, tart blackcurrant fruit, light vinegar palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
