On tap at Dragonmead. Deep brown pour with a white head. Cocoa and caramel aroma. Flavor is caramel, roasty, smoky, with touches of toffee, butterscotch, and red grape. Pretty nice.

Poured up on tap at the Dragonmead brewpub with deep amber body and off white head. The mild aroma offers up some cherries, a light amount of caramel and a sense of earthiness. The taste is pretty rich with reduced plum juice, ripe cherries, prunes and raisins as well as caramel followed by a pleasing sense of mineral earthiness.

Tap at dragonmead. Pours a dark brown but quite clear. Small oatmeal colored head that dissipates rapidly. Smells faintly of medium dark fruit, some caramel/roasted malt and a bit of salt. Begins very mild, lightly sweet and quite watery. Has a salty-sweet body with a tad bit of fuggles hops on the finish. Light bodied, low carbonation. Somewhat flowery. Not a whole lot going on. Smooth.
