Not bad, although the use of Huell Melon seems an odd choice, since it adds a fruity acidity to the java notes that flirts with 8-hours-old coffee ickiness. Vanilla is subdued, but, all other issues aside, an enjoyable stout, with dark chocolate, berry, coffee cherry, and mild anise leading to a medium roast finish. Way too easy to drink for 9%.

Can/Fest. A- Coffee, light. A- Black color, dark liquid, brown head. T- Coffee, mild cream, subtle roast. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly dry finish. O- This was good. Balanced and even sessionable. I was shocked to see this is considered an Imperial Stout at 9% tastes more like 6%. A basic coffee flavor and vanilla comes across as a creamer. Would benefit from a barrel.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours very dark brown with a dark tan head. Aroma is nice coffee, tho a bit rough. Med body at least, and the texture is somewhat creamy. Flavor is quite dark coffee, and there might be some chocolate - it's kind of really dark mocha. Vanilla helps make it creamy, though it's dry and pretty bitter. A strongly flavor brew.
