Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Can from Cap Tap. Pours translucent gold with a slight, fizzy white head. Aroma is very suggestive of tart grapefruit. Med body or nearly. Flavor seems like grapefruit with some of the fiber attached to the rind. Also seems to have a touch of the better type of Brett. Overall dry and moderately sour. Nice drink.
