Can from Berkeley Bowl West. Pours bright copper with a creamy near-white head. Bready aroma, but the malt has a pleasing German malt aspect. Perhaps a touch of floral hop. Med body. Flavor is crisp and mildly roasty/bread. Hop is arguably Noble grass and spice. Not dry, but far from sticky. There's enough hop to balance the malt, and it's more bitter than many of the style (at least American versions). Quite tasty.
