330 ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, and a whiff of cooked vegetables. Taste is light sweet, caramel malt, light bitter finish. Inoffensive lager.

Bottle 330ml. @ Scooper Tasting. [ As Cusqueña Red Lager ].Clear medium to light yellow - amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, sugary, light caramel, light vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, sugary, pale malt, fruity malt, vegetables. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso orzo e caramello. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è appena percepibile. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è appena percepibile. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano impressioni di caramello, miele, cereali, frutta secca, erba e agrumi.
