Golden with a white head - Good hop aroma - Good malt body to support a hop profile that gives citurs flavours along with some herbal notes - The hops goes into the finish with a nice bitterness - This was nice

Bottle. It pours an unclear dark orange-golden body under a dense, finger-thick beige head leaving some lacing. The aroma is on the hoppy side, orangey and piney, with a touch of malty sweetness in the back. Pleasant carbonation level, it’s full-bodied and with a faint warmth. Nice bitterness, pine cones, oranges and some grassy hints in the flavor. Pale malts sweetness in the back. Lasting hop dominated finish. Quite nice this one, tasteful and quite easy drinkable. 151010

Bottle split at Bruce’s pad, thanks to Rilester, 04/11/14. Hazed orange amber with decent off white spotting and edgework. Nose is bitter citric peel, tangerine, peach, bread dough, melon. Taste comprises light pine, tangerine, citric peel, light spice, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a dose of hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.

Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Thanks to Riley and Rocket. Lightly hazy deep gold beer. Small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Fine carbonation. Light semi sweet pale malts. Hops are a sweetish floral pine, touch of violets. Good orange - grapefruit peel. Light finish. Hangs together well.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Riley and Colin. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. Nice citrus hop nose, tangerine, some rind, pale bread. Light sweet flavor with some lightly tangy lemon and tangerine, a bit of pine needles, orange rind. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balanced on the finish, some pithy citrus, light pale malt sweetness. Nothing wrong here. Good work, Peru.

Bottle thanks to Colin. It pours murky Amber with minimal head. The nose is sweet, orange marmalade, candy, sherbet and juicy fruits. The taste is crisp, bitter, grapefruit, lemon peel, sherbet lemon, mild alcohol, pine and some other stuff with a dry, citric finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Peru’s finest for sure.
