Barwa miedziana, niemal klarowne, piana w kolorze złamanej bieli, umiarkowanie obfita, dość trwała
W aromacie nuty chlebowe, karmel, ciemne owoce, wiśnia.
W smaku lekko kwaskowe od wiśni, półsłodkie, owocowe, słodowość w typie karmelu lub ciemnego pieczywa.
Goryczka niska, delikatnie w kierunku średniej, wysycenie niskie do średniego, ciało w normie, dobra pijalność, alkohol dobrze ukryty, piwo jest lepkie, dobrze zbalansowane, ułożone.
Bardzo udane połączenie.

3rd July 2024 CBJ Tasting. Bottle thanks to Marcin. Aged tasting malts. Tastes like a very aged brew. Smooth caramel malts. Ripe fruits. Light finish.. Slightly flaccid.

Bottle shared at CBJ. Pours clear red-brown. Rich, tangy berries, light acidity, hearty malts, booze. Full bodied. Novel!

Shared at BBT 7/2023. Red brown color with white head. Aroma of sour cherries, caramel, wood. Taste is mainly bourbon, alcohol, sweet cherries, wood, oxidation, honey, light sourness. Not well balanced beer.

Bottle at BBT in july 2023. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Med-high sweetness, medium bitterness, light tartness. Med-light warmth, not harsh, but not exactly soft either, appropriate I would say. Moderate woodiness, with light coconut, light smokiness. Light astringency, hard to say if woody in origin or roasty. Lots of red fruits, medium caramel, med-light dried fruits. And some roasted overtones. Aaaah, I completely forgot there are sour cherries inside. They probably introduce the tartness, and astringency. Overall good, but not great, lacks some balance, individual flavours clashing.

Bottle at BBT. Malty aroma and taste, cherries, light roastyness, medium bitter, light sour. Medium to full body, malty cherry bitter finish with sour notes and warming alcohol. Ok.

Brązowa barwa, zamglone, piana szybko ucieka bez śladu na szkle. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty wiśni oraz delikatnie nuty beczki. W smaku podobnie do aromatu, pełne, minimalnie kwaśne od wiśni, alkohol dobrze ukryty.

Dark brown color with small light brown head. Fruity, malt, alcohol, chocolate aromas. Moderate sourness. Sticky body
