Keg at 73 Enid Street, 29/05/19. Pale yellow with a decent white cap. Nose is damp hay, light pissytones, wood must, dusty hops, stoned fruits. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, lemon peel, hay bale, green berry skins, more dusty hop in the background. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a wave of balanced acidity. Solid well joined up light sour.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, tart, citric, moderate yeasty, grapes, apple, light leather. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, fruity malt - pale malt, wheat, tart, grapes - apple, thin, citric.
