Opět po roce Vám přinášíme tento neprávem opomíjený pivní styl. Nehledejte zde žádné divočiny, jako jsou silná chmelová aromata citrusů, květin a ovoce, jako v klasických stylech typu West coast APA, IPA a podobně. Tenhle Irský červený Ale Vás potěší lehkým tělem, kořenitým karamelovým aroma s lehkou ovocitou linkou, která však není nijak dominantní. Na chmelení, které však v tomto pivu nehraje prim, jsme použili ty nejtypičtější anglické chmely East Kent Golding, Fuggles a Bramling Cross.

Taster from tap at Pivni Ordinance, Brno. red color, white head. tastes and smells of toffee, earthy, bit fruity, unfortunatly some off notes (washcloth etc.). Ok, just drinkable not overly special

Clear red amber color with medium white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, fruity notes. Taste is malty with some fruity notes, moderate caramel, light floral hops in finish.

(tap 0,3l @ Bat bar (Brno)) Overall: Nice soft irish red ale. Well fits the style. Aroma: Sweet, malty, fruity. Appearance: Clear red-amber. Minimal white head. Taste: Light sweet, malty, caramel, toasty, fruity, cherries. Palate: Medium body.
