Bottle, 7.5%. Spicy and dusty aroma, smells a bit of dry cocoa powder. Very dark brown colour, seems unclear. Small light brown head. The flavour is spicy an roasted. Not as sweet as some sweet stouts, or to be more precise, sweet, but balanced by drier spices.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of gingerbread, with notes of malt and fruit and touches of lactose. Spicy flavour of cloves, cinnamon and allspice, with biter, hoppy notes and touches of caramel malt and nuts. Estery and spicy aftertaste with roasty notes. Decent. Certainly, there can be no doubt that it is a Christmas edition of whatever stout the Syndicate wanted to produce.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, milk chocolate, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, milk chocolate, and bread, leading to a dry finish.
