To mamy prawie zime, Butelka z 2018 roku, jak nie wczesniej, ok 3 lata odlezakowania, w idealnej temperaturze i wilgotnosci. niesamowita ta edycja, trawy bizon nie wyczulem, no ale komu ona potrzebna w zimowe wieczory. Za to sporo piernikow torunskich, ciasteczek spekulatius, ciemnych drylowanych owocow, biszkoptowo-marmoladowego ciala, lepkosci i sytosci, Pyszniutkie, a przy tym gladkie ze mozna sie zapomniec wypijajac nieco wiecej. Doskonala produkcja rzemieslnicza od Pracowni piwa. A jaka piana ciemno-bezowa, trwala niesamowicie. Arcydzielo zimowej edycji.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Pracownia Piwa Captain Baltic Winter Edition ].Clear dark black brown colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, spicy, lime - zesty, lemon grass, cinnamon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, chocolate, cake, spicy, cinnamon, light lemon grass - lime. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Black, light brown head. Malty aroma, dark choc and light licorice. Sweet flavour, chocolate, coffee, spicy warmth.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are vanilla, citrus, cake, chocolate, chilli, spices and hops. Sweet cake finish and a little too carbonated.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Stas & Max. Black, tan foam. Herbal, roast, lime, licorice, spiciness, some dark chocolate, sweetish, umami, a bit sourish, very bitter. Not really my thing.

Bottle @ Polish Invasion at Scheffels, Ratebeer Odense Spring 2018. Pours black with a small beige head and lacings. Amager hylden. Massive spices. Nutmeg, cardemom, etc. One dimensional. Finishes harsh with a little burn.
