Originally rated July 2006. This one came with an explaination of why it came in a brown bottle. All PC beers come in a clear bottle, and this one will go back to the clear bottles as soon as they can make more. Light yellow in colour with a white head that don’t last long, but creates a thin layer on the brew. Active carbonation with not much of aroma. Mild grain and corn scent maybe. Watery mouthfeel with a slight syrupy feel. The taste starts off sour (kind of citrus) and last until the finish where grainy malt and light corn are present. Not as much corn as in all other PC beers though. Not a whole lot of punch, but a satisfying brew for summer and the love of our belly.

Bottle sampled with tiggmtl, Olivier and Muzzlehatch on 11/5/05. Another laughable pour revealing very little color, just a slight, slight pale yellow, with plenty of fizz and an immediately disappearing touch of white bubbles. Smells of seltzer water, powdered chalk, light salt and just a faint touch of corn syrup. Flavor really takes the seltzer water aspect and runs with it. Obnoxiously bubbly liquid with a pinch of salt, a touch of dry cardboard on end, and a hint of powdered corn. Very overcarbonated. Not really a body of which to speak. It would be something like extra-extra-light. No alcohol or hops. Very close to seltzer water, seriously.

Bottle: Poured a very light yellow color ale?, lager? Without any head and very low carbonation. Aroma is totally non-existent, reminiscent of water at best. Taste can only be described as lightly flavoured water. No hops, very little malt and no taste. If you haven’t figured out yet, I didn’t appreciate this beer at all.
