On tap at C. H. Evans Brewing / Albany Pump Station, pours a clear golden with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out gentle biscuity malt and light floral hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with gentle biscuity malt and deficient earthy hops. Nothing interesting here - uninspired pale.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Citrusy hoppy. Dry hoppy, citrusy. Toasted malt base. Bitter, mild fruity. Medium dry and floral finish.

Keg at the brewpub. Pours clear gold with a white foam head. The nose has some mild citrus, dried pale malts, hay. Medium sweet flavor with light perfume, flowers, orange peel and pine needles. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly drying on the finish with mellow floral bitterness and malty sugars. Good one.

On tap at the Pump. Nice medium body with bitter notes and good carbonation. tastes of pine, grapefruits, and pepper. nice little pale ale.

Nice slightly hazy golden coloured body with a light white head. Aroma of citrus, cascade hops and even more hops. Medium-bodied; Nice hoppy flavour with malt and pine tastes noticeable. Aftertaste shows a perfect finish - a very nice APA...brewpub or not! I sampled this on draught at the Albany Pump Station in Albany, New York on 25 June 2006.

On draught at the brewpub, 4/09/2005. Slight chill haze to the orange-peach-apricot colored body, with, yet again, no head (foam on the edges, rapidly dissipates). Aroma of light orange fruits, not very bitter, mixed with honey and corn. Flavor of corn, sweet malt, sugary bread dough, candy corn candy, lightly fruity hops, not very much bitterness, though some comes in on the finish, which is somewhat drier than the rest of the beer. Medium to medium-light body, very low carbonation, moderately watery.

Golden ale with a sweet aroma of orange drops candies and floral hops. Resinous and floral hops in mouth, very west coast freshness. Light to medium body.
