30/5/2025. Cask at the 38th Colchester Real Ale and Cider Festival. Chocolate malty ashy roasted coffee. Nice sweetness. Enjoyable.

Half pint from the cask at the Alehouse, Reading. Pours black with a beige head. Aromas & tastes of chocolate, coffee, hints of vanilla & roast malt. Medium body. Sweet finish. Quite enjoyable

Keg at Disruption Is taproom, Camberley, 13/04/24. Black with a khaki head that thins to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, coconut shavings, dark malts, light roast. Taste comprises chocolate, mellow roast, hint of Turkish Delights, coffee bean, charr. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy enough stout.
