Brettfest. Alvinne tasting @ Foeders. Taster 2. Hazy golden no head. Sour grain, fruity melon, peach, passionfruit, yellow picking fruit. Moderate sour, moderate sweet underneath. Mild bitter. Medium body and no carbonation. Smooth, soft and easy.

8 3 8 3 17Plastic container at Foeders, Carnivale Brettanomyces ‘18. Hazy golden with no head. Aroma of eucalyptus, funk and oak. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at Foeders, from a jug straight from the tank, not totally done yet. Hazy yellow with no head. Mild eucalyptus, sour grains, soft lemon, light funk and hay, light mint. Over medium sour and light bitter. Medium bodied, almost flat. Very nice.

Pours rather unclear blonde. Small but stable, creamy white head. Smell is very herbal, eucalyptus. Taste is sharp, dry, bit thin, eucalyptus. Dry, mildly acidic ending.
