Draught@CBH2018. Black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is nutty, chocolaty, some toffeeish and mild creamy tones. Flavour is toffee, some mild chocolate, toast and mild cocoa to it. Sweetish and a bit boozy too.

Tap at Valhalla. Pitch black, tan head. Sticky, pungent aroma, walnuts, pecans, touch of berries maybe, tiny roasty notes. Berry, roasty, a bit ashy aroma, some nutty notes definitely there as well. Smooth, tasty, light, drinkable, some burnt nut in the finish. Very good, though just outside of the wow level.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma beige/cappuccino media. Al naso note di cioccolata, gianduia, caramello salato, vaniglia. In bocca è dolce, piuttosto stucchevole alla lunga, monocorde. Corpo pieno, carbonazione media. Stufa quasi subito.

Can. Pitch black body with a small beige head. Aroma has dark malt, lactose, vanilla and nut cream. Taste is sweet dark malt, chocolate, nuts, caramel, toffee, cream, lactose, vanilla and hint of coffee. Full bodied at all the same flavors in aftertaste. Lots of nice, desert flavors here, but too much of everything is like running a big box of chocolate candy’s in a blender and eating it all at one go.

Canned, 330 ml, shared with Miro B and Max.Dark brown with small brownish head. Roasted malts, chocolate, some smoke in flavor, some pecans in aroma. Quite sweet. Low carbonation. Medium+ bodied. Bit messy.

Pours black, smell is sweet, coffee touch, chocolate. Nutty. Taste is sweet, touch boozy. Pecan nuts, chocolate. Intense, with a good body and carbo.
