This deep and rich copper colored beer combines a complex range of tart and dried dark fruit notes from the Kveik fermentation with a generous amount of caramel from the malts. The result is a complex raw dark sour. Aged in oak foeders and drawn off using a one vessel solera style method.

Tasty and powerful beer. Still very easy to drink.
Deep ruby pour. Tad rich carbonation level.
Toffee, fruity, yeast and oak in the flavor.

Slank.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.6%. Hazy brown colour, a small off-white head dies out instantly. Aroma of lactic acid and oak, hints of lemon and farmhouse. Extremely sour flavour, notes of lactic acid, oak, lemon and vinegar. Not my cup of tea.

Really funky barnyard-like beer. Medium sour. Really strange, tastes like oats. Balanced and decent, good malt backbone, but not more than a sipper. Håndslag Oslo

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish brown with almost no foam. Aroma is quite acetic, but also lemony somehow, with evident barrel agreeing. Body is average, like carbonation. Good astringency. Taste is medium-high sour, with some residual sweetness and a little sapidity. Final is fairly long and elegantly acetic and astringent.

Bottle. Slightly unclear reddish golden body with a small off-white head. Nice aroma, fruits and berries with biscuit and some caramel and hint of wood. Taste is sweet and sour with malt, wood, berries, acidity and hint of acetone. Fine balanced body and long-lasting aftertaste. Very nice.
