This Brut IPA is intended to resemble a West Coast IPA melded with the dryness of a Brut Champagne. A clean and crisp IPA, with a nice smooth lingering bitterness. Mellow hoppy aroma up front, with a subtle light body, and a fantastically dry finish.

Can shared by Marcus. Pours bright gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma is dry pale stone fruit. Med body or so. Flavor is dry, some detectable pale malt, and pale stone fruits. Decently bitter. Nice flavor. Good stuff.

Can consumed about a week ago- been having trouble entering new beers from my phone, so I sat on these notes until someone else entered it - moderately hazy light gold - now my third try of this style and I am starting to see the similarities/stylistic markers - this one is probably the most "Brut-ish" one I've had - the dryness of the finish combines with the hops to create a moderate white wine character - moderate bitterness - soft carbonation - fairly dry, but brightly fruity - pretty good.
