This deep and rich copper colored beer combines a complex range of tart and dried dark fruit notes from the Kveik fermentation with a generous amount of caramel from the malts. The result is a complex raw dark sour. Aged in oak foeders and drawn off using a one vessel solera style method.

Tap at Dynamo, Brussels, 13th November 19. Pours a light pink brown. Aroma is tart fruit, fruit stone. Taste is tart, vineous, raw, berries. Lovely and flavoursome

Pours à bit unclear, amberbrown. Small white head fades fast. Smell is oak, tart, dried fruits, raisins almost ( notes) taste is strongly tart. Oak, oak leaves, spices, dry, woody ending. No real bourbon character but the oak shows, a lot.

Draft @ Dynamo Bar, Eik & Tid TTO. Cuivrée, col beige. Arôme au nez malté caramel, fruité rouge et noir et diverses baies. Retrouve un léger rétro crystal. Palais est finement aigrelet, fruits noirs - baies, crystal malt, effet de vieille brune. Le fini est axé sur les malts mais avec ce petit extra d'effet sauvage en fermentation et touche de funk.

Tap @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Elderflower and earthy citric notes in de the aroma. Moderately sour flavor with gooseberries and elderflower.

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2019. Brown with white head. Malty, spicy, wood, some fruit, bit vinous, grainy. Medium bodied.

On tap at Både&. It pours a hazy amber body under a minimal off-white head. The aroma has a light touch of damp forest, birch leaves and raisin, with done lemony, vinous notes, earth, wet rye bread, some wet cardboard and hints of fresh blue grapes. It's medium bodied super-soft and dry on the palate, with flavors of rye bread, dried fruits, forest, lemon and a faint vinous touch. Long finish with dried fruits dominating, and sour, lemony hints on the back. Sure quenching and easy drinkable, but the flavor profile isn't on my preferred direction. 190310

Bakgården Både & 050319. Deep golden -orange color with an off-white head. Flavor is sourness, berries, elderflower, wood, lemon. Nice beer.
