This deep and rich copper colored beer combines a complex range of tart and dried dark fruit notes from the Kveik fermentation with a generous amount of caramel from the malts. The result is a complex raw dark sour. Aged in oak foeders and drawn off using a one vessel solera style method.

7 3 7 3 14Draft at Carnivale Brettanomyces ‘18. Brown with a bubbly tan head. Aroma of malt, toffee and tart overripe dark fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap @ Bergen Craft Beer Fest. Pours cloudy mahogany, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of currants, rhubarb and raspberries, as well as tannins and bretty wood. Creamy body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of raspberries, currants and musty fruits, as well as bretty wood.
