pint can courtesy of explosive dog, thanks. Pours a slightly hazy gold color with a large off-white head that has good retention and ample lacing. The aroma is big with melons, guava, and grapefruit. The taste, likewise, featured melons and grapefruit. The palate was full with lively carbonation. Finished with a bit of bitter astringency. Overall: Decent brew but not my fav.

Love the west coast ish description. Classic haze chemists trying to make a West Coast IPA type beer. I'm happy they are honest about it. Certainly not as hazy as most of their beer. Orange peel, pepper and lemon balm. Something a little odd going on with the malt here, that doesn't quite click right. I guess everyone should just stay in their corners of the country. Tangy cloying finish. Not as good as most of their hazies, and I'm a West Coast IPA fanboy. Tap a lot Brooklyn location.

16oz can pours a crystal clear gold with some sticky, white head. Nose is classic IPA, there is lemon and grapefruit, some grassy notes, light grist. Flavor has a touch of fruit, then the citrus, lemon, orange, grapefruit, grass, soap. Finishes dry and bitter. Nicely done and a good, solid house IPA. Not a NE IPA, so maybe it's mislisted here?

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Total Wine & More, Danvers. Appearance is hazy, yellow-orange with tons of sparkle, 2+-finger width foamy white head with excellent retention and light soapy lacing. Aroma is strong lemon citrus, grape, melon and hint of herb. Taste is restrained mix of herb, citrus, melon. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with slick texture, lively carbonation (slightly stinging to the tongue) and finish as taste with dry, crisp lingering bitterness. Overall, more hazy/NEIPA in appearance than other attributes, which are a bit more conventional IPA, and a bit overcarbonated but good.
