A deliciously complex, modern tripel brewed in collaboration with the guys of Solvay Society (known for their modern Belgian recipes). You get penny bubblegum and bergamot aromas from the Cascade hops, and sweet, foam bananas and stone-fruit esters of the Abbaye yeast, mixed in with white peppery spelt notes and blossom-like flavours from the honey.

Keg at the Rake, 06/11/19. Clear golden with a moderate off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is stewed fruit, hint of pear drop, light yeast esters, booze tunes, residual sugars. Taste comprises fruit cake, light spice, kiss of alcohol, caramel, prunes, candied fruit peel. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a rising boost but kept in check. Decent for the style, not too sweet and holds a good balance.

(Keg at Panema Kallio, 20180704) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, honey, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy and bitter. A pleasant Belgian style brew with clean hoppiness and subtle enough honey notes.
