A deliciously complex, modern tripel brewed in collaboration with the guys of Solvay Society (known for their modern Belgian recipes). You get penny bubblegum and bergamot aromas from the Cascade hops, and sweet, foam bananas and stone-fruit esters of the Abbaye yeast, mixed in with white peppery spelt notes and blossom-like flavours from the honey.

Draught @ Panema weird beard tap takeover. Pours deep golden color with a thin white head. Sweet yeasty, wheaty aroma, spicy, floral notes. Flavor has sweet fruits, wheat, spices and mild floral notes.

Keg at LBA. It pours hazy golden with medium white head. The aroma is sweet, fragrant, melon, apple, pear drops, honey cake and floral notes. The taste is quite sweet, honey cake, pear, melon, nougat, spice, cereal and a touch of alcohol. Medium+ body and fine carbonation. Never gets too sweet thankfully. Good balance.
