So, you’re one of these people that’s stuck in your own bubble and fail to see past the end of your own nose? Well get stuck into this juice bomb of an IPA with bags of Galaxy and Citra hops with a decent hit of real fruits and lactose for a creamy mouthfeel. This hazy reality is better than you thought, eh?

440ml can. Murky orange pour with a big off-white head. Very sweet sherbety aroma, very tropical, not sure I'd say mango and passionfruit specifically. Taste is again sweet and very sherbet like, a lot of lactose, tropical fruits, sugary. medium body, soft carbonation. Not bad but a bit artificial and rather sweet even for me, the balance is quite off, otherwise fairly good.

Can at home in Hackney, shared with Nellser - sourced via the Trembling Madness, in York. Pours hazy orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Forward juiciness, some melon, strawberry, orange, piney bitterness, understated bready pale malts. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine to average carbonation. Has a little flinty dryness in the finish, a bit of dried mango, vague berries, relaxed rindy bitterness, mellow alcohol warmth. Not bad.

Can bought at the Ale Stone, Aylstone, drunk at home. Light gold, cloudy with a bit of white head. Pineapple, lemon meringue pie and passionfruit in the aroma. Bittersweet taste with a creamy sweetness mid-sip, rounding off with a fruity bitter tang at the back of the tongue. Surprisingly short finish. Heavy carbonation. A really good IPA.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a creamy head. Its strength is evident as a full-bodied hoppy ale, but its milkshake influence is also evident as a milky sweetness within the brew.

330ml can bought at Head of Steam in Leeds. A large pearl white head with fine duration, cloudy grey-yellow body, crocheted lacing. Smooth fresh fruity aromas. Taste of hop juicy fruit cocktail with passion fruits and citrus, subdued lactose backbone. Rounded fruity bitterness to the ending. Medium bodied. Smooth mouth feel. Good drinking. Taste is creamy, smooth and slightly sweetish with loads of mango juice, some vanilla, hints of tropical notes and passionfruit. Finish is smooth and fruity with loads of mango juice, some ice creamy milky notes, hints of vanilla and tartish passionfruit. Interesting, quite ice creamy and heavy with mango juice notes.
