A very slight haze, bright-light golden-yellow colour with a bubbly white cap, average stay and not much lace. A yeasty nose with some fresh, herbal hoppiness over the straw malt base. The taste is fresh with the herbal touch, some hints of apples, maybe pears. An average mouthfeel with an alright finish. The flavours are the kind of the prime in here, with a touch of spicy malts with the herbs. All is pretty mild. A fine German Pilsner, that seems a bit unbalanced with the yeast being a tad to strong.
A hazed golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
