At 3.6% Longplay is a session pale with a hoppy hit. Flavour and aroma punching way above its percentage. If you’re visiting the brewery, this is the one to start on (and finish if you’re planning a long stay).

Keg at the bermondsey tap room. A mostly clear dull gold coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is stale grains, faint lemon, orange, wax, stale bread. Flavour is composed of, dry grains, wheat, stale bread, dried orange peel, grassy hop. Palate is dry, little thin, highish carbonation, light chalk.

Hazy yellow pour with an ok head. Fine lacing. Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Fresh and fine hoppy. Balanced bitterness. Semi dry ending and a fine tail. Citric, fruity, pine and pale malt in the flavor. Lovely thirst quencher. [On tap @ source]

Can 330ml. @ home. [ As Bianca Road Long Play ]. [ As my unique check-in #10000 on UNTAPPD ]. Clear medium to light yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, citrus, light pine, light grass - leather - funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, pale malt, citrus, grass - leather - funky, thin, medium dry, sulfur notes. Body is medium ti light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (I know the the funk is not meant to be there but it worked for me today). [20180813] 7-3-7-3-16

Can at home, 01/07/18. Yellow to light godlen with a good sized white cap but lots of little floaties present ... not what I expect to see from a canned SIPA! Nose is lemon zest, straw, grains, grass, melon, light hop dusting. Taste carries a big mineral bite, lemon tinged straw, grass, hay, crackers, light breads, faint spice. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close with slightly astringent hop bitterness. Pretty amateurish.

Can at home in Hackney - piked up at Borough Wines. A little gushy on the open. Pours clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a big, frothy white head. Crispy grains in the aroma, lemon peel, hay. Light sweet flavour, dry and flinty, with some pine needles, more lemon peel, husky grains. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Dry and fairly clean in the finish, with further bitter straw, light grass, more grain husks, citrus peel. A bit one dimensional, but not bad.
