330 ml bottle, from Kalø Whisky & Vin, Denmark. ABV is 4.5%. Slightly hazy golden colour, large white head. Aroma of citrus, humid basement, yeast and dust. Citric mouthfeel. Flavour of citrus, yeast and pale malts, medium dry.

330ml bottle: BB 31st Jul 2021. Drank at home on 6th Sep 2020. hazed golden yellow, white top. Malty nose with a citrus twist, taste also malty molasses up front with a citrus note or two for bitterness.

Dag 2 med Fridtjofen på slipp, Tau juli-19, og en velfortjent pause i skrogarbeidet. 0,33 flaske delt med skibsreden. Lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Gress, urter, løvetann og litt citrus. God bitterhed og mersmag i afslutningen.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen at Tau slipp & båtbyggeri 23.07.19. Clear orange straw colour. White head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of marmalade and citrus. Crisp mouthfeel. Very quaffable.
