1st June 2019 Can. Hasy yellowish gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Hops bring a nice combo of pine, soft skunk, mild hop spice. Skunky citrus with a good balance of slightly ripe tropical fruits. Smooth finish. Mild spicy skunky linger. A deft Dipa from this formerly quite clunky brewery!

Can. This version adding Simcoe and El Dorado hops. Less skunky and more tropical. A light but persistent hop spice. Mild El Dorado Sakura. Solid brew, broadly the same as previously but showing some deviation.
