Cask at GBBF '18, day 3, 09/08/18. Reddish amber with a decent beige covering. Nose is biscuit, grains, herb, light red berry esters. Taste comprises biscuit, caramel, chai tea, herbs, toasted grains, weak red berries, light brown bread notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Average fayre but passable for this ordinarily weak style.

ABV: 6.0%. Cloudy medium amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, spicy, cinnamon - chai spices, brun kager. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, brun kager, spicy, sweet malt, chai tea - tea, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180809]

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 3 09/08/2018. Aroma is brown sugar, spicy cinnamon, apple, toffee. Flavour is composed of light tangy woody, cinnon, spicy, little apple. Palate is semi sweet woody., spicy.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Hazy amber brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, modest fine carbonation. Smooth cinnamon, strong but not too strong. Little mellow tea. Floral cinnamon. Light dry finish. A bit 1D. Okay.
