bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, color ambrato velato, al naso Funky aceto vino rosè legno da barrique frutti rossi, in bocca è vinosa limone lampone acerbo aceto lattica, corpo medio/leggero, carbonazione moderata, amaro percettibile, molto acida, astringente, secca e asciutta. Una birra complessa spinta ma equilibrata. Ottima 1011birre.it 09.05.26

Bottle from Drankenspeciaalzaak Jelle, Leeuwarden. Fruity aroma with a lactic sourness, citrus, grainy malt, oak, with soft notes of wine. Lightly funky yeast. Flavour is tart and medium sour, more fruity notes. Body is medium. Tasty fruity sour, good.

Bottle in Café Rose Red on 8th June 2023. Deep amber hazed, white crust. Yeasty and vinous nose, some fruity elements within the semi-sour flavours, throw in a dirty farmyard for extra unsubtlety.

Draught@SBWF. Hazy amber colour with a small head. Aroma is vinegar and some mild malt sweetness to it. Flavour is lactic acid with some white wine and quite yeasty.

(Bottle) Pale amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of unripe fruit, orange, pineapple, green grapes, red apples, hay, herbs, vinegar and a touch of clove. Fruity, tart taste with rhubarb, vinegar, orange, apples (tart cider), hay, herbs, lemon, grapes and a tart and dry finish with hardly any bitterness. Medium body, dry. Really tasty and well made. Quite relaxed for its impressive acidity. Very nice.

33cl bottle from Etre Gourmet web shop as my beer #7400. F: thin, off-white, quick gone. C: deep gold, light hazy. A: light sour fruity, gooseberries, bit orange, woody, peach, barnyard, spicy, pears. T: sour fruity, peach, gooseberries, lactic, bit passion fruits, woody, caramel, bit bready, decent “bitterness”, soft carbonation, very good balanced as I expected, fully enjoyed.

Bottle. Hazy pinkish golden wirh short lasting white head. Soir grains, soft balsamico, dry oak, quite some berries and grapes. Quite sour, medium sweet, light bitter. Quite nice, I like it more than rhe first times I had this beer.
