Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aromas of lots of vinegar, sour apples and some yeast. Taste is tart green apples, pretty sweet fruits on the tongue, vinegar, slightly yeasty, sour mouthfeel on the back of the tongue going into the throat.

Rerate at home, 2014 bottle. Leather, very fruity, little sharpness but surprisingly soft. Low carb, but has a nice texture, quite vinous. Good stuff! Bottle at ACBF 2012. Orange coloured with small beige head. Aroma is sour, fruity, grapefruit, bit of vinegar. Taste is initially very sour, then just a little bit of malty creaminess. Lambic elements and a bit of grain. Finish is a touch lemony. Juleavslutning på Mi2 Cardinal des-18: vi nærmer oss slutten på en lang og generøs aften med en lang rekke lekre fatøl, egen Jåttå-presentasjon og tre flaskeøl i Dugges We are beer-serien. Samtlige tilstedeværende føler seg både inspirerte og godt oppvarmet. Fra flaske, klar gylden med en klargjørende effekt på sanseapparatet. Rips og andre lyse bær, melkesyre.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 10.12.18. Clear golden. Small and diminishing white head. Complex aroma and taste of brett, farmyard, sourness, pale malt, red wine vinegar and sour citrus. Acid and dry mouthfeel Good!
