hazy orange colour, almost no head at all, just some off-white lacing; aoma of lactic acid, tannines, balsamic vinegar and woody notes; taste is the same; acidic alomst like a gueuze

"Don’t take that THT away from me"-tasting. Thanks Maakun. Clear amber and no head. Sour grapes and grains, some moldy sweaty funk. Light sweet and quite a sour pucker. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Minerallike. Sour fruity. Nice. | [2018-06-23 22:54:32] - Locatie: Foeders - Score: 4 - Comment: Brettfest. Alvinne @ Foeders. Taster 3. Hazy pale amber with no head. Sour grain, grapes, white raisans, vanilla, caramel, floral honey, oak, smelly farmhouse barrel. Moderate sweet and sour and bitter. Sour is strongest. Medium body and no carbonation.

6/3/17: Lovely golden sourness. Just the right amount of sourness, not puckering. Some funkyness, little bit of wood and wine shining through. Yum.
6/12/19: I was wondering if this would hold up for me, but it did. Outstanding use of Morpheus and barrels. Sour, lactic and super peachy. Nice amount of red wine floating around, with some nice woodyness. A bit sweet, a bit puckering and very flavorful.

330 ml bottle, as Alvinne Oak Collection Wild West Blond sour ale. ABV is 6%. Available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Amber colour, minimal carbonation, small and thin white head. Sourish aroma of wild yeast, lactic acid, red wine vinegar and oak. Sour flavour, vinegary as hell, also oaky.
