Aroma is weak, of sea/saltiness. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is very slightly sapid, generally moderate. Final is average.

22/6/2025. Bottle at Trappistventotto, Giovinazzo. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is light sea salt, herbal, coriander, citrus, orange. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a slight tart, peppery and salty edge. Moderate body, a little watery, average carbonation. Interesting concept “con acqua marina” and a cute paper wrapped bottle. Beer was okay but a little weak.

A lightly hazed blonde gose with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, light Epsom salts, light acidity, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of lemon pulp, light tropical fruits, light Epsom salts, pleasant. Bottle at mondiale 2025.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce segni di salsedine. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare nuvoloso. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro non è invasivo e c'è anche una componente umami. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di miele, pane, agrumi, limone, lime, umami, sale e frutto della passione.

Bottle, 0.33l as Pescaria La Salina. Aroma of coriander, sea, cereals and grass. Pours cloudy pale straw color with medium sized head and sparkling appearance. Sample@GBBF2018, London, with the Malmö crew - Golden pour with a white head. Light tart fruity with some lemony notes, with some herbal and floral notes in play, light to medium body, touch of salt into the lingering hoppy close.

Bottled 330ml. from Firenze Birra, Italy. Unclear pale yellow coloured, small to medium sized airy white head, coriander in the nose. The taste is only coriander, some vegetables and light salt with short finish. Interesting yes but there's no second order for sure.

ABV: 4.6%. Cloudy medium yellow colour with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, mango - lemon, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a averageg duration, whea, mango - lemon, citrus, salty - yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180808]

Bottle from GBBF 2017 and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold colour lasting white head. Herby lemon aroma. Not an aggressive gose. Some salty lemon sour but there is herb too. Some sweetness. Ok. Not my thing.
