A Look At Tomorrow commemorates the 15th anniversary of our sister bar, ChurchKey. For this occasion, we invited our dear friends from Schilling Beer Co. (Littleton, New Hampshire) to help us create something we share an intense passion for – lager. Starting at 11° Plato, this Czech-style pale lager, or Světlé Ležák (pronounced svet lee leh zhak) was brewed with Bohemian Pilsner malt, choice Saaz hops, and Schilling’s house lager yeast.
The beer pours a pale gold, with a fluffy, creamy white head. Mild floral, herbal, and spicy hop notes on the nose are followed by round, malty-sweet notes of fresh toast and honey. Crisp and refreshing, with a long, dry finish.

Dimpled mug, clear gold, very lacey white head. Balanced nose, grassy and grainy, some honey and bread. Flavors really follow. It's tight and balanced. Dry finish. Medium bodied. 6 4 6 4 12
