A dark amber colour beer, with a fruity aroma. This beer defies its ABV. with a surprising amount of body. Smooth to drink, with a malty palate and plenty of fruitiness to the finish.

Bottle at home, clearing the rot box pre house move, 24/08/16 ... not a gusher - hurrah ! Copper golden with a well appointed off white head that retains well. Nose is orange peel, straw, toasted grains, biscuit, light herbal notes. Taste comprises light floral notes, bready, faint citric peel, hint of tea leaves. Medium bodied, slightly overcarbed and a touch prickly, semi drying close. Decent enough bitter.
