Le cœur de Provision is a lighter version of our flagship saison. Brewed with the same unique mixed yeast strain and aged in our oak foudres to give the heart of the brewery in the beer. Light oak with pleasing acidity, we have lightly dry hopped with Saphir, Celeia and Centennial for a fresh finish.

(Draft at Mother Kelly's Vauxhall, London, 1 June 2025) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, funky nose with yeast, peaches, citrus, oak wood and a touch of vinegar. Fruity, tart tase with notes of citrus, lemon, peaches, herbs and oak wood. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty, woody and complex, with a generous acidity. Very nice.

Deadication beer to William Wordsworth, born on this day in 1770. I have a few words of worth for this clear golden brew with a small head. Solid saison, clean and crisp. Mildly sweet style aftertaste.

Аромат кислый, есть цитрусы и корочка апельсиновая. Немного сена и хлеба с дрожжами. Цвет бледно желтый, пенки почти нету. Вкус неплохой и что радует в стиль, хотя и хмель ощущается, но в основе конечно сено с цитрусами, юзу. Освежает. Кислинка прям лимонная.

Can from Middle Farm I imagine. As always with Burning Sky's Saisons you get a top quality product leaning to the geuze style. This one was a little bit light and sickly for me though. (27/6/24).

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured a straw golden with a white head that dissipated to form frothy jello. Aroma is funky, woodsy, oak, apples, fruity, yeasty. Taste is tart fruits, light cereal, oaky, woodsy, yeasty.

Can at home picked up from the fuss clube. A light hazed orange gold coloured pour with a a rocky white head. Aroma is tart green apple, bark, mellow funk, apple orchard, damp straw, Victoria plum. Palate is semi tart, mild pucker, pinch of salt, acid, mellow carbonation. Flavour is composed of super tart fruit, plum, green apple, autumnal notes, vanilla apple custard, prickly, spicy finish. Not that drinkable.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 11/04/24. Almost clear pale golden yellow topped with a lasting white head. Nose is lemon rind, herb, hedgerow, damp straw, grains, barnyard note, subtle yeast esters, light floral tones. Taste comprises tarte citric shreds, barnyard, lemon rind, herb, Belgian yeast esters, green berry must, light acidic bimble. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spattered with a light dusty hop coating. Solid lightly funked saison.

Hazy straw coloured with a bubbly/frothy white head. Has the aroma of a slightly dusty lime and lemonade, zesty right up front with a sharp kick of lime tartness before it smooths out a little and hints of light malt show their face
