Half-pint, shared with Finn. A covering white head over a crystal clear golden body, spotty lacing. Moderate smell of herbal hops and cereal malts. Malt-fruity flavoured, hints of mid-sweet malts and herbal hops. A bitter touch to a malt-fruity ending. Clean on the swallow. Quite alright. (Liverpool, 13.02.2025).

Beer is pish. And this place is fucked these days. Lights like a nightclub, karaoke ON FUCKING REQUEST, at all times. Chancers who presumably are barred elsewhere in town. On the plus side, open till 1am, so let's go..

Drucken på Cask på Bishops Arms Gustaf Malmö. Ljusgul vätska. Lätt med lite löv, Tea och citrus i humleprofilen. Törstsläckande och lätt anslag. Trevlig

Cask @ White Swan, Hebden Bridge. Golden-blonde with a creamy head. Light and very easy pale ale with some fruitiness. Certainly not thin or weak though.

Cask at Top Lock Wheelton. Creamy white head on a very pale golden coloured body. Zesty & earthy aroma. Medium to thin bodied, light & clean. Zesty, floral, caramel & citrus tastes with a bitter finish. Refreshing sat in the sun for the first time this year.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry palate, pretty modest carbonation. Semi dry pale malts, sweet. A little honey and ripe marmaladey citrus. Esters. Dry finish. Fine.

Cask at GBBF'23, day two, 02/08/23. Clear golden with a white head that thins to a swirl. Nose is malt forward, biscuit, grains, stewed fruits. Taste comprises grass, modest citric presence, grains, hedgerow, light breads. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. So so pale ... rather bland.
