Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 03/02/22. Very lightly hazed golden blonde with a good sized lasting off white head. Nose is grass, grains, light citric zest, hedgerow, rather on the thin side. Taste comprises grass, herbal bite, lemon rind, straw, pale malts, toasted grains, earhy, bitter fruit esters. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a lingering edge of astringent bitterness. More a golden bitter than a blonde ... style changed to bitter. Not bad.

8/10/2021. Cask at the 43rd Bedford Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of orange juice, overripe veg, farty edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Not great. Possibly not served as brewer intended.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 13/1/2018. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. A touch of leafy hops, stone fruits, weetabix malts and a moderately bitter finish. Ok.
