Bold & exciting with an explosion of flavour. Dry hopped twice with Galaxy & Simcoe hops, herbal & pine notes punch through bitter citrus. Pale & carapils malts restore balance with a subtle sweetness. Momentous.

Bottle from the Grain & Hop Store, Cambridge. Deep gold colour, very clear and very fizzy. The looseish white head on top dissipates fairly quickly. Smells of mango, cantaloupe and Circus Peanuts (banana flavoured marshmallow candy). Tastes incredibly sweet and incredibly artificial, with notes of bubblegum and Irn-Bru. But, you know, it’s not all that bad. Short finish, and far too carbonated. A weird brew for sure but not nearly the disaster I was anticipating.

Draught. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
