Our best-selling, classic Czech Pilsner has plenty of body at 4.9%. Floral and citrus notes in the aroma are followed up with subtle lemon and honey in the flavour, beautifully balanced by a dry bitterness and a spicy burst that lingers in the aftertaste.

Keg at the Bottle Shop - Bermondsey. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Doughy biscuits in the nose, hints of lemon. Light-medium sweet flavour with more doughy pale bread, cereal, a little butter, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, some grassy bitterness, crispy steal. Decent.

Bottleshop. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is airy and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Bready malts, little grainy. Reasonable noble hop floral bitterness. Modest citrus. Finishes with a tangy bitterness. Touch of diacetyl. Not bad at all but could do with less tang. Floral bitter linger.

On tap at The Bottle Shop Bermondsey. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Czech malty bready aroma. No diacetyl which is good. Typically Czech malty pilsner. Light bitter hoppiness on the finish. A fine example.
