This one is all about the hops. A solid malt bill plays host to Cascade, Chinook, Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops in this hop forward yet balanced session ale. Grown in the North Western states of the US, these famous varieties bring big citrus flavours and pine notes whilst the late additions and dry hop provide grapefruit and floral aromas.

Cask at the Fat Cat Brewery Tap, Norwich, 16/02/17. Golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is light floral hop, melon, toasted grains, bread dough. Taste comprises tangerine, light perfume, straw, soft bread, melon, faint green berry. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Low end offering for stated style.

Cask at the Stockbridge tap. Pours golden amber, nose is burnt toffee, mango, passionfruit, taste is sweet, quite fruity, bitter finish, thin.
