Hoppelganger

A lightly hazed blonde pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at brewery.

Pours a clean (slightly hazy later), light golden-yellow colour with a big, frothy white head, decent stay and some foamy lacing. Perfume-like aromas with the cereal grain base. Hints of apples in there. The taste shows wood notes, with deeper green hops. The grassiness of these two hops are interesting, but not your typical Pilsner Saaz ones. Decently dry-hopped, but not to the max.
