ABV: 4.1%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, dusty, earthy malt, damp stain - fusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, earthy, pale malt, fruity malt, damp stain - fusty, light citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180723]

23/4/2018. Bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours golden with a big frothy white head. Aroma of hop, grass, butter, caramel, biscuit, spruce and flowers. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Om cask at the Twice Brewed Inn. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Soft carbonation. Nose - lemon and brown bread. Taste - more lemon, more bread. Palate - light bodied and creamy. Dry finish. Overall - solid and very drinkable.
