Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear deepish gold beer, small white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Mellow malts, unsophisticated. Little ripe orange citrus. Mild floral tang. Light dry finish. Flaccid.

25/7/2018. Bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours clear amber with a small short lasting off-white head. Aroma of caramel, hops, toasted malt, fruit and flowers. Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, above average carbonation. Slightly nutty, fruity, malty finish. Not bad, but a little too fizzy.

ABV: 4.2%. Clear medium amber yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, nutty, caramel, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, nutty, caramel - toasted, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
