On tap at E9, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out estery notes, some rustic saison yeast, and floral notes. Flavour is somewhat estery, with rustic saison yeast, floral notes, and a bit too much bubblegum. To estery—not commanding the yeast properly. Meh.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at E9 Firehouse. Cloudy golden pour. Thin patchy lasting head. Moderate funk. Cool Belgian yeast constant. Floral and straw grain. Slight bubblegum, cool floral finish. Easy drinking brew. Flavorful and quite enjoyable.

On Tap at Homestead, Meridian. Clear light pale golden. Coarse white head. LIght wispy floral and spicy grain notes. Soft hops and a quick smooth refreshing palate. Quite good, light beer.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light fruity esters, light cloves, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at The Drake.

16 oz. Aroma is SweeTarts, doughy, peppery, coriander, wheat. Pours hazy sunshine golden with a long-lasting bone-white head. Taste is lightly tart, light to moderately sweet, finishing with a light dry herbal bitterness. Really nice interpretation.

750ml at Alex's in Seattle. Appearance: nice pale copper with a white head. Aroma: raspberries, some funk and oak. Taste: along the same lines with some weird medicinal notes. Overall: not bad.

On tap. Pours a hazy amber with moderate head. Aromas of soft malts and tropical fruit. Flavors follow same with a little white pepper. Not much to write home about though.
