A beautifully conditioned session IPA. A golden beer with a reddish hue. US leaf hops (Citra, Mount Hood, Simcoe, Willamette) followed by dry hopping with US Cascade pellets to give an unusually complex taste profile.

Cask at Brinkburn Street brewery tap, Byker, 15/05/2025.
Golden amber topped with a lasting egg shell white head ... lacing ensues.
Nose is dull fruit esters, herb, brown bread.
Taste comprises fruit slice, light bitter edge, bready notes.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with a light bitter edge.
Passable affair ... came over more like an ESB than anything IPA.

Half-pint, cask ale, shared with Finn at Brinkburn Street Brewery. Filmy layer, fair lacing and a cloudy amber-gold body. Caramel-fruity aromas, inviting. Mixed taste of berries and mid-sweet caramel fruits. Drying close, bittersweet. Like it. (Byker - Newcastle upon Tyne, 20.03.2024).

Delt med Rune. Amber. Nesten klar. Lavt luftig skum som daler sakte. Aroma av bær. Smaken syrlig frukt. Malt i bakgrunnen. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning. Balansert.

Hand-pulled half-pint at the Brinkburn Street Brewery, Bar and Kitchen on 14th April 2023, part of a rather large 'Flight' of six halves! Red hue to the golden pour, white crown. Semi-sweet from start to finish, caramel/malty molasses overpower the hop content (I like that).

6/5/2020. Bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours slightly hazy pale golden amber with a modest lasting off-white head. Aroma is nice and fruity and hoppy, sweet malt and light biscuit. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, average to soft carbonation. Enjoyed this, a nicely done very sessionable IPA, great outdoors on a warm spring day.
