29/XI/19 - sample @ Billies Craft Beer Festival 2019, BB: n/a - (2019-1912) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Bit cloudy. Aroma: funky, nail polish, fruity notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of apricots, peaches, bit dirty, tannins, metallic, very sour. Aftertaste: more acidic, fruity, grapefruit, bit metallic, soft bitterness, nice but not great.

This is what we're here for. Sharp sourness, little bit of funk and lots of wood. Tons of peach, adds a super smooth sweetness and fruityness to the bunch. Really intense and jammy. Amazing beer.

Bottle at numerous places. Pours deep dark red with a saturated pinkish head. Aroma packs a huge fruit note on the front. Lots of red grapey notes, vinous, but also heavily stonefruit-like. Almonds, fresh peaches, candied peaches. Light funk. Taste is the same kind of fruit-blend goodness - vinous, acidic, tannic, but also almondy and stonefruity. One of my favorites, and definitely has room to improve with age too.

Bottle: Poured a reddish color lambic with a nice foamy head. Aroma of tart notes with some light barnyard notes and some fruity notes reminiscent more of cherry then peach but very enjoyable nonetheless. Taste is a mix of fruity notes with slight residual sugar notes with some oak, funky barnyard notes with a tart finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very enjoyable fruit lambic with god amount of complexity and great drinkability.

Nice but a hint too rubbery for me

Bottle, shared at Brownhill and Co, courtesy of Neil. Cheers. Deep pink colour. Fine ring of off white head. Nose has intense, fresh peach. Clean, crisp funk. Notes of peach stone and light herb. Taste is clean, bright and tart. Some peachy sweetness on the lips. Fresh and juicy on the palate. Dried out a little. Very light acidity. More peach on the finish. Could do pints of this!
